• Anatomy of joints
• Different type of joints and their functions
• Bones and functions in movements
• How to Prevent joint injuries in asana practice

Day 3

• Anatomy of Spine
• Functions of spine and its relation in Yogasana
• Angles of different Spinal regions in movements with implications in Asana practice
• Common issues with Spine and their resolution

Day 4

• Learn about Anatomical Positions of our body
• Body Movement based on Anatomical Planes and its importance in Yogasana practice
• Movement based on Joints
• Different Movements in Yogasanas

Day 5 - 6

• Different type of muscle contractions and usage in yogasana practice
• Gravity and muscle contraction relationship in yogasana
• Understanding flexibility & strength in detail
• Muscle imbalance and its effect on asana
• Technique of knowing the muscle involved in Different asanas
