Parmarth Niketan is situated in the lap of the lush Himalayas, along the banks of the Maa Ganga. Ashram contains within it the voice and the spirit of divine communion. It is the largest ashram in Rishikesh, providing pilgrims from all over the world with a pure and sacred atmosphere for their spiritual practice. Sharing the divine knowledge of  Yoga and Ayurveda with the world since more than 80 years, Parmarth Niketan is known for its Hawan on Parmarth Ghat and Maha Aarti at dawn and dusk.

 

As you stay in the ashram, you will feel your soul bathing in the peace of sacred energies, including those that emanate from nature and those that linger from the timeless healing powers of saints, sages and holy ones.

Despite the simplicity of ashram living, the Parmarth Niketan rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as geysers and air conditioners etc. to enhance your stay. The rooms have been deliberately kept simple to reduce unnecessary clutter, white marble and hardwood lend a sense of warmth with big ventilated windows. Large courtyards are a very prominent part of the Ashram. One will experience the Divine atmosphere by waking up with chanting and the sound of the Maa Ganga. There is no better place to stay in Rishikesh than here!

 

Food

“Let food be your medicine and medicine your food.”
We offers light and freshly cooked Sattvic ashram food. The Sattvic diet (pure and balanced) is believed to increase energy, produces happiness, calmness, and mental clarity. No special and processed food will be provided.

  • Any extra nights of stay will have to be booked and paid directly to the ashram.

REFUND & RESCHEDULE POLICY

  • FULL PAYMENTS will be accepted.
  • All payments will need to be done 2 weeks before the retreat. If this is not done, then we will accept waitlisted participants and your spot is liable to be canceled. The onus of completing payments will be on the customer.
  • NO INSTALLMENT.
  • NO DISCOUNTS.
  • NO REFUNDS will be initiated 2 weeks before retreat under any circumstances.
  • 2 weeks before the retreat NO REFUNDS but under extenuating circumstances, 50% of the payment will be retained as cancellation charges and 50% transferred to another retreat.
  • This retreat CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED to OTHER PERSON except for whom the retreat is booked for.
  • NATURAL DISASTER If a retreat is postponed due to any natural disaster, the payments shall be adjusted towards the rescheduled retreat.

Atul Kumar Verma (Atreya) is a Yogacharya with a Master’s degree in Yoga (his second majors), Internationally Accredited Highest Yoga Credentials eRYT 500, YCB Level-3 (Ministry of AYUSH) and many more. He aced 2 State Level Yoga Competitions, he was frequently featured on AIR-FM Gold, News18, Zee News etc and his articles have been published many times in many Newspapers and also in South Asia’s leading Dental Journal.



Yogacharya Atul Kumar Verma (Atreya), founder of Yogatreya Yoga Teacher Training School, gave up his high-paying job as IT Head of an esteemed IT company to devote himself entirely to Yoga. Since then, he has taught yoga (online/offline) to 3000+ students from 15+ countries, including 500+ Yoga Teachers from Yogatreya, known for its high-quality yoga teacher trainings. Additionally, he has a sizable fan base on YouTube, with more than 6 lakh subscribers to his YouTube channel, Fitness Rockers.

She brings a unique energy to her classes. Her focus on spiritual awakening and self-discovery through meditation has garnered a dedicated following in the city. With a focus on holistic wellness, she combines traditional yoga practices with modern approaches for making her classes accessible and enjoyable. She has taught yoga (online/offline) to more than 500 students.
